Which devices can be used for TV?
While our service works with Fire Stick, we highly recommend TiVo 4K boxes, ONN boxes, and, if funds allow, NVIDIA Shield Pro boxes. We do not recommend Roku devices. The recommended devices can be purchased for around $20-$40, which is a worthwhile investment. The VOD feature can be used with just about any device.

If your download speed is not less than 60 mbps, then everything will work smoothly in the highest quality. If you are not sure, ask for 1 day trial to test the quality first.

Which countries are present?
UK, USA, Greece, and India are currently supported. We add and remove countries regularly depending on the supplier, but we always support the UK and USA.

How many connections at once?
You can use your account on up to 2 devices or connections simultaneously. Using more than this may lead to service interruptions. If you need additional connections, they are available for $5 per connection.

How can I test the TV service?
TV offers you a 24h trial. With this, you can watch all the channels available on our TV packages, including movies, and series.

Do I need a VPN?
You do not normally need a VPN, but some countries, like Canada, do require a VPN during hockey season. This is a common requirement for all TV providers, and while we don't control this, we can assist you in finding a suitable VPN provider if needed. We do offer vpn service, we charge $2 a month for use of our vpn service.
